The Gleeson Group operates in three interlinked sectors - Construction Services, Homes and Property. Its head office is in Fleet, Hampshire.

Gleeson Homes North

During the year ended 30th June 2006, Gleeson Homes North sold 259 units at an average selling price of £136,000.

Gleeson Homes North operates predominantly in the North of England, from Liverpool to Sheffield. In the year, it consolidated its position as a leading developer in urban housing renewal. Over the next 10 years, it is set to build and sell more than 7,000 homes, substantially all of these as part of housing regeneration schemes, which tend to be of 5-15 years’ duration.

Gleeson Homes South

The Southern business sold 228 units, at an average selling price of £257,000.

Gleeson Homes South will build out most of its traditional sites in the course of the current year. Henceforth, however, it will concentrate primarily on regeneration schemes. In this context, the Group was particularly pleased that a Gleeson-based consortium, Chrysalis, has been appointed preferred bidder for a £70m social housing PFI project in Ashford, Kent.
