Why Rent? Buy a Gleeson House in Manchester from £530 per Month

Gleeson Homes is offering buyers the chance to buy a new house in Manchester with mortgage repayments starting from just £530 per month, which for many people is a cheaper option than renting.

This affordable mortgage repayment is based on purchasing a new home using the government backed FirstBuy scheme.  With FirstBuy you can buy a 3 bedroom Gleeson house at the City East development in Beswick, or a 2 bedroom house at Grove Village in the Ardwick area of the city for just £102,396.

Gleeson is one of a select number of housebuilder chosen by the Government to allocate FirstBuy funding on its developments.  Through the scheme a buyer owns 100% of their home but pays just 80% of the price and only requires a 5% deposit.  The remaining 20% is provided as a loan which is interest free for 5 years.
