Gleeson Homes is a division of the MJ Gleeson Group plc, a company founded in 1903 by Michael Joseph Gleeson. It played a major role in the reconstruction of our cities after the war and has continued to expand in both size of operation and breadth of product.

Gleeson's house building operation spreads throughout England with a head office in Fleet, Hampshire, as well as regional offices in Sheffield where the company was founded and Bury on the outskirts of Manchester.

The various area operations of Gleeson Homes offer a wide range of properties to suit most lifestyles and budgets.

Gleeson Homes has over the years, become a creative innovator of bespoke properties that includes restoration work, new build and cutting edge contemporary design. Gleeson Homes has become increasingly involved in urban housing regeneration, with several major schemes underway in the northern region, and Ashford in Kent expected to be the first major PFI funded scheme for Gleeson Homes Southern.
