Deputy Mayor Cllr Malcolm Griffiths and Local Councillor Neil Bendelow joined Gleeson to open their new show homes on the Fabian Place development just off Normanby Road in Eston. The 51 new homes are proving extremely popular with locals with many of the 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes selling off plan.
Fabian Place is just one of Gleeson’s developments across the north east which are all aimed at getting young first time buyers out of rented accommodation and into home ownership.
On viewing the show homes the Deputy Mayor commented “It’s really refreshing to see that Gleeson has really thought about the layout of their new development, I’m delighted to see that each home has its own driveway and front garden, something sadly lacking on many new homes.
He added, “These homes offer amazing value for money and I’m delighted that they are priced to suit local people.”
